What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple projects across diverse cross-functional software engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on developing efficient processes, executing effective strategies, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities for this position include (but not limited to):

• Initiate and lead engineering projects to create new designs, products, and processes.
• Assemble, train and delegate tasks to multiple cross-functional engineering teams.
• Track project progress and create related reports including proposing and implementing project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with other managers and CTO for all macro-strategies of the whole Engineering Department.
• Working within all aspects of a project from database to the presentation layer.
• Take broadly defined requirements and work within a disciplined, but adaptive development process to deliver production-ready solutions
• Partner with other developers to implement integrated solutions that support the ongoing evolution of the in-house proprietary system
• Communicate project & operational needs and metrics to other managers and teams.
• Determine the need for training and talent development for managed engineering teams.
• Ownership of projects, team responsibilities and embrace new technologies.
• Check managed engineering team’s work for technical accuracy, quality assurance and process optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers, QA’s and engineering team leads.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

• Proven work experience as Technical Lead or similar roles that managed multiple cross-functional software engineering teams.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer -  C#, ASP.NETMVC and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Skilled in using CSS/HTML, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server/ No SQL DB Systems.
• Well versed in OOP as well as Entity Framework, Dapper, and/or ADO.Net
• Experienced in WCF, REST API, Graph QL are also an advantage.
• Familiar with frameworks and patterns/ practices (MVC, DI, IOC, Factory, Template, etc)
• Preferably with experience in Azure cloud technology or similar technologies.
• Commercial experience with Vue.js, Knockout or Jquery is a plus.
• Experience in unit testing with tools used such as (NUnit, XUnit and MSTest).
• Has a good understanding of agile methodologies.
• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result to major problems
• Organizational skills for keeping track of various budget allocation, resource utilization and project planning.
• People-management skills for coaching and mentoring multiple engineering teams as well as managing stakeholders’ expectations (including prioritization negotiations).
• Strong technical knowledge of software engineering concepts and Microsoft technologies.
• Experienced in software design and application architectures.
• Experienced at documentation, preparing technical proposals, conducting technical discussion.
• Excellent English speaking/writing skills; can confidently discuss about technical approaches or issues in detail.
