In 2023 we have implemented and completed a very successful Internship Program. This year in February we started our first formal 12 months Graduate Program in our Newcastle Office.
We are now advertising for our Graduate Program 2025. The program streams for this intake are:
Financial Accounting:
The finance department plays a key role in supporting MONEYME's overall operations and growth. The finance team is ensuring that MONEYME maintains robust Financial Controls, including meeting its Financial Reporting and Tax obligations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, reporting to external regulatory bodies, and managing the business's budget and expenses.
Treasury:
The Treasury team at MONEYME is responsible for managing the company’s liquidity, funding and capital requirements. We perform operations like managing cashflow, funding of securitisation warehouses, trust management activities and reporting. You will play a crucial part in supporting our Treasury team in the execution of a range of treasury duties across the group.
Marketing & Sales:
Are you ready to launch your career in Marketing & Sales? Join our B2B team as a Marketing & Sales Graduate, where you’ll assist with the creation of engaging marketing materials to help onboard new brokers and dealerships, coordinate events, manage CRM processes, assist with commissions, provide new business data and reporting for the sales team and more. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with both experienced sales and marketing professionals and contribute to our innovative broker and dealers products in a collaborative environment.
Marketing Automation & Digital Marketing
This role will design and optimise multi-channel campaigns to enhance engagement and conversions, utilising analytic tools to assess performance and provide insights. Candidates should possess an analytical mindset to effectively analyse data and drive decision-making. They will collaborate with teams to implement data-driven digital marketing strategies and monitor key performance indicators to maximize ROI. Additionally, the graduate will assist with various ad hoc marketing projects to support overall team objectives.
Risk & Compliance:
Our Operational Risk and Compliance team is driving the ongoing maturation of the Group’s risk and compliance strategy and framework. Our focus is on ensuring that the organization conducts its business processes in compliance with laws and regulations, professional standards, and accepted business practices, and advocate for a customer centric business approach. We provide commercially sound risk and compliance advice and high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders across the Group.
