What we are looking for:

Our QA team is growing, and we are looking to hire Mid- Senior QA Engineers with automation experience. As a member of the Software Quality Assurance team, you will implement cost-effective solutions and standards for automated testing and maintain documentation of test results. Our ideal candidates will be responsible for implementing test automation strategies to maximize test coverage and enhance system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Deep understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
• Expert in multiple test automation tools and technologies.
• Develops complex and reusable automation scripts and frameworks.
• Optimizes and improves existing automation processes.
• Mentors junior team members in automation techniques and best practices.
• Contributes to the strategic planning of test automation within projects.
• Generates detailed reports on automation test results and metrics.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues.
• Leverage best practices to reduce automation maintenance.
• Assist in training of other QA Engineers on automation standards and processes.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
• With 3-5 years and up of experience in automation testing including familiarity with some of the common automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman, etc.
• Expertise in testing Web services and API’s
• Experience in writing automation scripts using languages such as Groovy, C# or Java
• Database testing experience with SQL
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in Microsoft Azure, DevOps and CI/CD tools and processes
• Clear understanding and solid knowledge on QA concepts and testing types
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
