What we are looking for:
Due to growth of the business, we are currently looking to hire a Sales Representative to support our broker acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth across MONEYME Broker products through proactive broker acquisition and reactivation.
Engage brokers through high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
Book and run broker onboarding conversations to drive first submission and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure brokers receive fast, seamless support and outcomes.
Maintain strong CRM discipline using HubSpot (or similar) to track tasks, notes, pipeline, and performance.
Use tools such as DocuSign to support contract completion and broker onboarding.
Consistently achieve activity, onboarding, and sales performance targets.
Represent MONEYME professionally at broker events when required.
Continuously improve sales approach, broker conversations, and conversion performance.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
Phone based sales experience.
Ability to interact effectively with external customers, internal and external partners.
Quick thinking abilities for making timely decisions during conversations.
Proactive approach with high energy levels and integrity.
Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, proactive behaviour, and the ability to manage complex situations efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities to excel in this dynamic environment.
