What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Product Manager/ Owner to join our Product team. We have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Manila and this role will be based in our Sydney head office. It is an exciting time to join our growing business. 
Responsibilities for this role are:
- Assist Senior Product Owners in defining, refining, and delivering features that enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Help document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for upcoming releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups alongside cross-functional squads.
- Collaborate with design and UX to turn ideas into customer-friendly digital experiences.
- Support data analysis and reporting to measure the success of product launches and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform product decisions and roadmap planning.
- Test and validate new product features before release, ensuring functionality and quality.
- Help coordinate release communications and training materials for internal teams.
- Support process mapping and documentation of product workflows and system dependencies.
- Shadow and learn from Senior Product Managers and business stakeholders in product strategy, prioritisation, and execution.
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- At least 2 years experience working in a product role or similar.
- A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to champion projects and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, inclusive, and collaborative mindset.
- Confident in challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
- Skilled at building relationships and initiating meaningful conversations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
